Have a bit of a look on You Tube I expect there is a video about glueing spoilers on.

 

I expect its a case of de-grease the area, do it in a garage if you can, as it needs to stay dry until its set.

 

Follow the adhesive instructions, and tape the spoiler down until its completely dry.
