looking to put octavia vrs 2014 seats into my 2011 octavia fl. but i think the plug on the seats for the air bags have changed.

can anyone help

im sure there was one ware they just swapped the seats but they had to change the airbag plug on the seats,

its realy hard work trying to change the covers. bean there done that

You just chop the airbag plug off and resolder you old plug to the new seats and you be fine, just don't turn on the ignition with the airbag unplugged other wise you get an airbag warning light on the dash.

Yes was hoping to sell the old seats as they are still in good condition 

Yes, Helped a mate put them into his pre facelift MK2.

You can just change the plugs over.

 

Incidentally PFL and FL seats have different plugs too as I put his PFL ones into my FL as they were in better condition.
