After a few comparisons it suggested a 340i, oh how we laughed :D:D

Sorry forgot to mention those prices are likely to be without a lot of the standard items on the L&K.

Domestic management said compare the 3 series so I did this:

Had my Skoda 190 L&K DSG Estate for just over a year now, but when looking to buy did a load of comparisons with the Ford Mondeo Estate 180bhp. When specked up to the L&K spec. or as near as I could get it you would have been £3000 more than the Skoda, didnt even concider the BMW as I knew it would be way out on price range.

Which engines are been compared above ?

for the 5 series it was the 2.0 petrol auto, same as the 3 series tourer, not the 340i:x
