Hi all has anyone lost the beep sound when you lock your car.

The doors lock

The lights flash

No beeps

Strange how it's gone off for no reason.

Does your alarm sound if it goes off?

Chances are the alarm siren is dead as that is what beeps when you lock the car.

A new replacement is over £100 from the dealers but new "oem" units from China can be had for around £25 online.

Skoda Octavia Mk 3 2.0 TDI 150, 2016, Mileage: 270 K km. My Skoda has been making some strange shakings since February. Around the time the engine heat hits 90 degrees, which is normal running temperature, the car shakes harshly, sometimes smoothly, sometimes just once, sometimes 2 or 3, or more, with irregular laps in the following 1 or 2 minutes. I've been the owner of a 2021 Scala for almost a year and a half by now, 45000km on the clock. I thought I would post this here to see if anyone have experienced something similar or have a hunch what could be the problem. During a couple of seemingly random days in the last 5 months, the AC has just not produced any cold air at all. The display for the air con or the main infotainment doesnt show anything unusual. Hey all, Managed to get under my partners car at the weekend to service it and change the oil. Whilst there I was quite taken by how clean the engine was, but there was a patch of what looked like oil on the undertray. This was later discovered to be coming (I believe) from the gearbox drain plug. The car has had a new clutch, flywheel and replacement box in the last twelve months and so I can only assume there's an issue with the drain plug or a seal. Looking really closely at the drain plug

I got just the new software version 1989. Curious what's it is gonna bring. Already satisfied with 1985 but i love gadgets and up to date materials. One thing from the beginning with software 1969 til now mine park to pay or pay to park still not working. But i am not using that anyway to prices of parking are ridiculous. So i hope this one is even better then 1985 we will see.

Hi.... Just a bit of as heads up.... I got in my Superb 1.4 TSi 2018 (50,000 miles) on Friday night and the engine started making an almighty rattling / clattering / knocking noise. When I took it to a local indy garage the next day they said it sounds exactly like another Skoda they had in the previous week. The one they looked at before wasn't a Superb (can't remember which model they said), but it had done similar relatively low mileage and a bolt was loose at the camshaft p
