It looks like its a pick up with a hard top? Doesn't actually look so bad if you resprayed it in a slightly lesser dynamic blue and put the headlamps on the same line as the bonnet. What sort of era is this from?

It's from the late 1990s, I think only a few hundreds were produced, no figures are available unfortunately.

There was also a prototype of a successor of the Elcar. It was called "Ahoj" (that's Czech for "hello"). This one appeared about 2 years ago, but remained only a prototype.
