Used the car for the first time since it had the door leak fix done(which has so far worked a treat )and noticed that i could only adjust the mirror up and out not down and in on both mirrors.If you move the switch a bit you can hear the motor intermittently working when you wiggle the toggle down or forwards to the dash to move the mirror in.How can i remove the switch to see if it has the connector pushed on properly or if there is something obvious that is wrong.If i can't see anything i will take it back in but i don't want to waste the dealersor my time if it is a simple fix.

I'd take it back - Not just so they fix your mirror, but to highlight to their service manager that the car is not being checked properly before it leaves.
