Why would it start from the beginning again? Surely a power cut is just like an informal sudden shut down and it should start again from its last "checkpoint" save? :confused:

Nice to see some good point scoring going on. I am now running at current maximum capacity, and can give no more.

I dont know what happened yesterday, I only completed 5 WU's instead of the 12 or 13 that usually complete.

:confused: Strangely the log file shows it getting to frame 360/400. But when the machine restarted etc, it started from the begiining of the unit again.:confused:

I see from Extreme's site just now, BPM's average is up to 1891, so that 2000 can't be far away!

Quite chuffed my 24 hour average is over 300. Only 2 machines doing that as well. The AMD-64 seems to be doing OK, and is only 10% overclocked. If anyone wants to move on an AMD-64 4000+ or better socket 939 chip, I'm your man.

The other machine is the epitomy of reliability. Only an unclocked XP2200 but it's been the best so far. Never bats an eyelid at anything its asked to do - I suspect this is due to good choice of board and components by its previous owner to me. (asus board, 1gig ram, etc)

Should hit over 2000 soon, with any luck. I've noticed some servers getting hugh WUs and will take almost a week to do them. I'm up to 22 Processors that have returned WUs so far. I might be able to find some more.......somewhere
