How do you delete obsolete destinations please.

I've read page 57 in the manual and it says a delete icon comes after you select edit. Here's the problem I can't get an edit icon on screen. I'm sure i've followed the instructions to the letter but no joy. Amundsen satnav.

Come on chaps. All input gratefully received. 

I've just had a look at the Online Manual and the Nav Settings are on Page 128. Page 57 talks about the Electric boot.

■ Sort Contacts: - Setting the arrangement of the phonebook ■ By surname - Sorting by the contact surname

I found that bit but thought there may be a way to delete one by one as don't want everything gone.

Sorry I can't be more helpful , my Vrs with the Admunson sat nav is in the menders other wise I'd have had a play with mine.

 

There must be a way to do it.

On the bottom of the screen there is a route/new route or my destinations tab. If you open that up is there a sub section. If you then select a stored route you open that up does it not give you the option to delete/edit/alternative route or delete it.  I'm sure I've deleted/cleared routes one by one.

Depends how the destination has been saved, far as I can tell for 'Last Destinations' it's all or nothing.  Mine is Amundsen 1, if saved to 'My Destinations' then possible to delete independently.

Select Dest & Contacts >  Dest Memory from drop down tab > touch arrow to right of the destination you wish to delete then Edit to get the Delete option.

Cheers mate that's done it. What a stupid system having to save before you can delete.

 

Good to hear it helped.

Maybe it's me but seemed fairly logical bit like a web browser.  Last destinations is like history, can delete everything but not individually, my destinations more like bookmarks / favourites.
