CHANGING ECU'S

Featured Replies

Hi i have and 2002 audi a4 avant 1.9tdi 130pd which is re maped. I also have a 2005 skoda fabia vrs 1.9tdi 130pd. can i switch ecu's from the cars so that the skoda is re maped and the audi is back to standard instead of going and re maping the skoda.

Thanks

Short answer: No you can't.

Long answer: Anything can be done if you have the necessary equipment, time and expertise.

Just get the VRS remapped as well as the A4. There's no money to be saved buggering about trying to swap ECU's.
