I'm new to the forum, and would like to ask if anyone knows when the Haldex unit needs servicing on my 2014 2.0TDI 4x4?

 

What is required, and who would be best do carry out this work Indy or Main dealer?

 

I am just coming up to 45,000miles.

 

Any info appreciated.

The Haldex unit will be serviced at 60.000km along with the breakfluid and DSG oilchange. Mine is due mid august. 

how much does the haldex service costs?

On my car it was about 150€ in Skodaservice in Norway.

If your car is outside the 3-year warranty I'd be tempted to save a few £ by taking it to a quality Indy. 

 

Not feeling the love for the Skoda dealership network at the moment! 

 

Whereabouts are you based?

The car is still under warranty so i prefer to pay a bit extra to have it done at a dealer. Im in Norway.
