Canton woofer not woofing (?)

Hey guys,

I didn't even say hello yet and I'm alrdy asking for an advice?

How rude.

Anyway. PLEASE HALP MY ADDRESS IS JON'S HOUSE AT 123 HEEELP!

I've got a 2016 LK (comes with CANTON).

My woofer isn't working at all. The rest of the speakers work just fine.

I'm the second owner. But the previous owner was a legit car dealership so I don't think they stole it.

Any suggetsions? I've checked the fuse, it was ok. I've checked the cable plugged into the woofer - seems ok too. 

Dafuq do I do? I don't wanna take the car to a carfixing place just because of this, cause I feel like it's.. I GOTTA BE ABLE TO FIX THAT MESELF RIGHT?

Also.

I had retrofit camera installed. I think.

Radio - Columbus with TV Tuner (if that ****ing matters)

Any advice appriciated !!
