A MkV Golf R32?

Featured Replies

I didn't know they were planning one of these.... Not sure why. :D

Came off an offslip on my way home from exhaust place, and saw a sweet golf going around it. So I blipped it to catch up and to my surprise instead of it being a kitted out normal Golf it appeared to be a MkV R32.

Initial viewing coming from a "WTF?" approach was very positive. It seemed to be well poised in the road, I liked the new twin exhaust setup being closer together in the middle , and the bodykit / alloys looked spot on.

Nice one VW - Looks like you've continued where the MkIV left off. I assume it's using the same engine?

Planning one? Its been out for months.

It was on topgear in the last series as they repeated it on Monday night on UKTV People.

Nope - All this has obviously past me by as great speed. :D

First one I ever see and I didn't even know it was out. If it had been on an 04 plate or something that would have been embarrassing. At least this was a 55.

Bloody hell

Have you been living under a rock

Things move slowly in Devon eh Jase?

nice car pity about that chrome bit on the front bumper!...apparently when the new revised ModelYear comes out next year all models will be 'benefiting' from it!:thumbdwn:

apparently it would be better to save the money and get the GTi!....or then again a Octy VRS!
