Featured Replies

Hiya guys

im looking to buy a set of alloy wheels for my fabia. The guy selling them took them off a Y Reg Renault Clio will they fit my fabia?

Nope.

Oh damn how come?

Wrong offset, unless they're not actually Clio wheels, what size are they?

Oh and they're 4 x 100, not 5 x 100 which is kind of fundamental!

Next question lol I have my eye on a set of 16 inch alloys will they fit or will they be too big? I wouldn't have thought 2inches would make that much difference

16's will be fine as long as you have the right sized tyres, again they need to be 5 x 100 PCD and a similar offset. Fabia VRS alloys are 16" and will fit perfectly.

Tyres are 235/60 R16

Yeah, they won't work, they're FAR too big.

Here are your options:

185/60/14

195/50/15

205/45/16

205/40/17

There are members here who have deviated from these sizes by a small amount, but I mean by 10mm or 5%.

Ok Matey cheers will bear that in mind

You also require the correct centre bore size, of 57.1mm?? I think. However most aftermarket alloys (not all) are made with bigger holes & have plastic reducers (spigot rings) to take it down to the correct size.

Heres a list & how to guide I did a few years ago:-

There is an alternative alloy wheel topic around somewhere.

See you in a few days if you decide to read it all. :)
