Hi all,

 

After many years having a username on here (My dad owns a Mk1 Octy vRS and I almost bought a Fabia vRS many moons ago), i have finally shuffled my car situation around and have a 2012 Octavia vRS TDi Estate as my new daily steed.

 

Car is great so far, doing everything i need of it. I even opted for a DSG to be ultra lazy and relaxed during my daily commutes.

 

Hopefully this will accompany my Alfa GT V6 nicely and give many years of good use - expecially for Scotland camping trips!

Enjoy it ! Scotland will be great, not only getting kit up there, but for making progress Can't do much for midge, although you will see plenty on the old bumpers

 

Mind yourself anywhere near the northcoast500 routes on weekends, lots of unmarked, well two I think, keeping a beat on brisk motorists. TDI surge, easy to scoot past nsl up there, fairly easy in a 1l citigo

We head up there a lot, Colin. Love it up there. I try to have at least 3 holiday / camping trips a year up to the Highlands.
I'm sure the Octavia will swallow up a lot of camping gear with minimal fuss

If it doesn't, take up tarping

So after 2 1/2 years and 55,000 miles, i'm looking to sell the MK2 FL and get into a Mk3 vRS! 

 

Hopefully i can use the for sale section in here to advertise, as this is where i found her originally :)
