Removing front doors panel on

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Briskoda. Carefully prise the speaker grille out of position using a blunt tool, eg a large blade screwdriver. You will then see the 4 screws holding the speaker in place.

Assuming manually operated windows, first unclip the trim cover over the end of the winder handle. Undo the screw and remove the handle and the spacer. Unscrew the door locking button and remove from the unlocking rod. Next, lift the door inner handle then unclip the trim underneath it. Remove the door handle by unscrewing the 3 retaining screws. Prise the trim cap from the door panel and slacken the retaining screw. Finally, unclip the trim panel from the door and remove it.

Thanks. I understand almost all of it only the last part. "Prise the trim cap from the door panel and slacken the retaining screw." Where is the trim cap and retaining screw. 1: winder handle, 2: locking button, 3, 4: handle and 3 screws. doorsmaa58.jpg
