Air Con Issues

Featured Replies

I have an issue with the air con which has happened a couple of times.

I noticed that there doesn't seem to be much air flow and it feels stuffy in the (modest) heat. There doesn't seem to be much, if anything, coming out of the vents, so I turn up the fan, turn it up some more...full speed. Can hear the fan but there is barely a draught.

The air con was on, not on auto, all three lights on for screen, face and feet. I tried turning them all off and on, but no different. The only thing that seemed to make a difference was turning the a/c off and just leaving the fan on. It still wasn't brilliant, though.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar, or am I just unlucky, as usual?

I will give that a try after I've done a scan.

Having read that thread, I've remembered that I also get the hissing sound from the vents when the a/c is running.

Ok, I've run a scan. It found three faults, but none on th a/c.

I've done the reset, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.
