Just had the third service on my Citigo Elegance 75 with 'auto' box. Garage has charged for adding fluid to auto box. How is this done, why necessary after very low mileage? Thanks.

You need to question this, then when the Service Manager or Principal Dealer confirms this was not required or even not done the dealership can refund you.

Make sure you do it in writing and not just a phone call.

Was the Brake Fluid changed since it is the 3rd Year Service and due by the Service Schedule / Guidelines?

This is charged extra for and not usually part of the Minor Service done @ 3 years.

I've checked our 3rd service on ASG and there is no mention of filling the gearbox up with oil/fluid.... this may have been done as done as it was a FOC service. Its not unheard of on 'automated' gearboxes that the oils are fully changed, never heard about being topped up.

If there were any signs or suspicions of oil seeping from the transmission then checking the level and topping up would have been prudent. It's what you would expect a competent and professional service agent to do but temper this with that fact that a fairly new/low mileage car should not have transmission leaks in this day and age.
