Just checked my breakdown cover and it states they will not help drivers who don't have a spare wheel!

This must have changed (or they actually do help) as 2 years ago I had a major blow out and they did all they could to replace my tyre - this involved taking me from Milton Keynes to Cardiff to get the right tyre (it was late at night).

I now carry a spare tyre - but it looks like I am going to have to carry the wheel.

Can you get space saving 18" wheels?
