Just in case anyone is looking at doing an oil / filter change. After my injector woes i changed the oil and filter and got them from TPS. £26.77 for 5 litres of Longlife 5w30 and an oil filter. 

That's not bad. They used to charge a lot for one oil can. I buy 1 at a time delivered from eBay on oil,  works out best. Filters still TPS though.
