As a wildly optimistic guess.....your local Skoda dealer?  Sorry.  That should have read pathetically simplistic, rather than wildly optimistic. Is there an such a thing available as an accessory?

Correction to wording.

Got one but never use it. Feels mostly as an obstacle when needing something from the boot tray.

 

My wife's August 2015 Polo 1.2TSI 110PS SEL came with variable boot floor, it is handy to keep the boot looking tidy - by hiding all the usual "handy" stuff out of sight, but it does end up reducing the (remaining) boot space obviously - a bit of a mixed blessing really, I'd guess if that car did not come with it, I probably would have thought about buying it - just to exercise my right to improve things!
