Can't help with your question about the white/beige combo but I can give advice on the interior colour.

My MkIII L&K is Jungle Green ( discontinued ) with beige perforated leather.

I recently had a test drive in a new L&K with DSG ( I'm switching from manual to DSG ) and that was Quartz Grey with black leather ( non-perforated )

 

I'm so glad I chose beige leather. The black in the test car showed every speck of dust, crumbs, dirt and strange marks from previous drivers. I'd be wanting to clean them every day!

I just don't have that problem with the beige, they always look like new. I wipe them down with a leather cleaner cloth once a month.

 

I'm thinking of going Petrol Blue/Beige for my next Superb when I order at the end of this year ( unless Skoda add the new metallic red to the Superb options... )
