Ok... So I didn't buy it in the end.

 

But...

 

I've just put the deposit down on a 2.0 PD TDI L&K instead (the rest of the alphabet was unavailable lol). It's a 59 plate so no DPF issues... No nasty noises from the DMF, and if anything it seemed in better condition than the 11 plate TSI I looked at previously.

 

Can't wait to pick it up next week and get stuck into Skoda ownership
