ABS sensor issue for my baby yeti

Hi all,

After a lot of time troubleshooting, and a lot of money spent, I have two issues that will not clear.

1. My ABS rear left sensor is wonky. At first, I changed the sensor, and then the bearing, but the error remains. I put it on VCDS blocks, and on while the vehicle is stationary, the sensor is reading that the vehicle is moving. VCDS shows the following errors:

1 Faults Found:        

03841 - RPM Sensor Rear Left: Incorrect Signal 
            000 -  - 
      

 2. The Aux coolant fuse. I have been putting a 15A fuse in the engine bay fuse box location f23, the error clears, but after a while, the fuse burns out. I am afraid of putting anything bigger than that, incase I burn out my electronics. VCDS error as below

006439 - Relay for Aux Coolant Pump (J496) 
               P1927 - 000 - Open Circuit
