Boot trim removal

Featured Replies

Hi All

I would like to remove the trim from the right hand side of the boot to get access to the 12volt socket. I have found the screws under the hooks, the cover and the rear pillar trim, but it still seems to be held firmly by something behind the small fixed hanger at the end of the trim. I obviously don’t want to force it for risk of something, so can anyone give me a pointer as to how to remove it.

Thanks in advance.

Mick

Have you ever figured this out? I seem to have the same problem

For the others: push hook inwards. Use blunt object to lift the hook up. Then it will come out.

There you go, saves going through links and downloading stuff.

thank you, was having an issue uploading the image 😒

Now if someone can just remove my junk posts above, that would be great.
