hello,anyone experienced a gear box leak on a 60 plate octavia 1.8 dsg.bought the car recently ,the D on dash blinks and there is a spot of clear oil under engine bay.

I just pulled off the undertray to investigate a v new, like first noticed Friday past, oil leak, the cheap nasty tin DSG gearbox cover was apparently damaged during warrenty work and has rusted through at the bottom, the rest of it is 110% perfect.

Gerrr!!!
