Dark Web: BMW stolen in 60s!

Featured Replies

This aint new news unfortunately..

Nowt to do with darkweb either really. But it does make the story jucier.

Did the 'Mailonline' contributor / journalist just watch the BBC1 program last week and then write an article the Metro then published.

If they listened to the program they would have heard that not a Dark Web thing,

just google will get you the 'how to', and the equipment required.

Dark Web - headline grabbing words

Google search - boring

I read the headline of this thread and thought it meant that a BMW stolen in the 1960s had been found for sale on the Dark Web!

My 1973 Red 2002 is on the road again, odd since i know for a fact it was scrapped.

Ringers driving about on the UK roads as cars become classics and the not dark web but a well known auction site assists in selling 'VIN/ Ringing kits'.

The dark web does make everything sound waay more nefarious and spooky than it really is though :D

Like how talking about cloud services make everything seem effortless and constant and compact. When really its just a bloody server farm somewhere..

Me too. Wondering if it was something really exotic like a 507 roadster.
