I've just ordered an Octavia 1.5tsi se technology to replace my yeti.

Does anybody know what upgrades can be done by dealers?

I know that they are limited hence the need for vcds.

Would a dealer be able to do things like enabling both rear fog lights, teardrop wipe (front and rear) and staging?

At a price, dealers won't do things for free when 95% of VCDS  upgrades are a cost option.

 

You need to find a friendly member with a VCDS and give him a few beer tokens,
