Got my VRS yesterday and one thing I am considering is a new exhaust system. 

 

I have had a couple of diesels over the years with the silencer removed and I quite like the noise, but has anyone done it on the mk3 Octavia? 

 

Im tempted by the Milltek system as they do a twin exit version, and it will annoy me that only 1 exit is working on my TDI.

 

anyone got any videos of their systems?

I had one of the first mk3 vrs estates a few years ago and wanted to do an exhaust but I held back. I'm gonna go for the remote valve remus exhaust for my next 245 petrol I just ordered.

I was also going to have it done. Listening to videos on YouTube of exhausts on the diesel I decided against it. Sounded rubbish IMO. 

The Golf GTD has a speaker in the exhaust to make it sound better. However it’s not that great.
