car serviced April/May time,long life VW 507 oil and new filter, covered about 4K since and service indicator spanner etc showing on info panel, surely not due any attention after full big service,all filters etc

Can anyone tell me how to reset please

Isn't it an option on the computer thingy majiggy? I can reset the service on my vRS (61)

Press and hold the reset button. switch on ignition whilst still keeping button pressed.

 

Let go of button and turn it to the right.

Resetting the service indicator via trip meter reset button will change the service schedule from variable to fixed if not already.
