Anybody seen the software as yet

Featured Replies

Ok I tried at the national meet & everybody was a bit stumped now it would seem even the pro's are having problems.

My screen is being replaced as the crack injection repair hasn't worked however, they don't as yet have the software to calibrate the LA camera

Come on Skoda, get your finger out, the hardware/software is as the photo below shows

Any help would be much appreciated

@WayTooTall any new releases of the VCDS as yet ?

I haven't seen a new software release.

It also might be that you need someone with either the HEX-NET or HEX-V2 cable.

The software version you've posted is only for the infotainment system. It has no relation with the lane assist camera.

Whoever calibrates it will also need access to a calibration board, probably something like VAS6430/4: https://erwin.volkswagen.de/workshop/englisch/index.htm?https://erwin.volkswagen.de/workshop/englisch/pinfo/42321400000.htm

If your local dealer can't do it, contact Skoda UK and find out who can. It might end up in Milton Keynes as I think there is a big service centre there...

When My 230 had the 4 wheel alignment done the LA camara also needed to be Calibrated as well.  My Local dealer couldn't do it so my car was sent to the Local Audi Dealership who had the correct equipment. Total cost around £ 450/£500 I believe. Skoda paid the Bill
