Ah yes, i did make sure the heater was set to hot and i positioned everything correctly. I have done quite a bit of driving today and its not too bad. Still think something is getting confused as occasionally i get really hot and have to temporarily turn it down to cold for a while.

I'm sure I will figure it out by watching it carefully, but does he repair his existing flap motors? If so, what did he identify as the problem/failure?
