How to loosen lower dash section (media in module) ?

Featured Replies

Anyone with a clear idea on how to best loosen the lower dashboard section on passenger side (mind you, I got euro-config here in Norway)?

It's as simple as I want to access antenna SGN & V wires at the back of the Media-in module's "cassette", as I planned to put the DAB-to-USB adapter in there.

So it should be the very lower bit on the right hand side of this photo (seems no shelf or cassette here though).

Was just about to close the google window-browser when a graphic caught my eye.

Seems this is how to pry out the Media-in "cassette" simply by attacking the sides of the cassette.

Not sure how much messing about on the lower dash this will cause. :o
