On Mobil 1, 5w-30 container is says conforms to VW 504/507 but lower down says

"Exxon Mobil quality level VW502 00/503 00/503 01/505 00"

 

Any ideas why the difference?

It says Approved VW 504/507, and conforms to the lower grades.
It's all I have been using in Skoda cars for 10+ years.

As above, used it for years.
