Changed DV and N75 and cleaned throttle body to resolve running probs - big improvement but not perfect. Thinking about changing CTS to the newer green one. In the pic have I correctly identified it??

The part identified in the picture is the actuator for the VVT.

Have you had the fault codes checked, might be better than just randomly replacing parts.
