SPRINT BOOSTER

Featured Replies

As the accelerator pedal has this annoying (sometimes) delay in response, thinking of installing that SPRINT BOOSTER device under the pedal which is said that eliminates (a lot) the functionality of the accelerator etc.

The SPRINT BOOSTER Version3 was  released in 2016 and they claim it has been upgraded made better.

It has 3 microprocessors and there is much more detailed signal reception from the pedal and thus detailed output signals to the ECU via the appropriate controller.

It has programs for both manual and auto transmissions and in both there are Sport and Racing configurations which each of it had micro-adjustments from 0-9 levels depending in everyone's taste.

What the opinions are and if problems may arise later from the use of it?

Thanks in advance.

Any opinion or thoughts for this?

Anyone who might have used?

Thank you.

Assuming you're using full throttle, all a device like this can do is make it appear you've pressed it slightly more quickly.

From their webpage, they claim that it 'normally' takes 0.4s to fully depress the throttle but only 0.3s once installed. I very much doubt your going to notice much in real world driving so I probably wouldn't bother...

You could try using VCDS to log your current throttle position sensor to check for issues but if you want the car to feel more responsive, a decent remap is the best bet.
