I'm having trouble with my electric memory seats. It's a series 3 superb l&k 15 reg and I imported into Ireland last Feb. Stored 2 seat position when I got but recently it lost them and i cant seem to restore them. Has anyone had problems like this. It's booked in for a service next week. 

Have you stored the position correctly? Is personalisation (linked to the key) activated? Because I think personalisation will behave like you describe.

I had similar on MY17 and it turned out that the memory controller for the car had to be replaced. Now works fine.

Would remember car set up, passenger compartment enviromental settings and door mirrors etc but not seat positions.
