i see this video and it was amazing idea to collect tiny parts that remain from Friction of Engine Parts  that the filter cant catch and i looked for it in my country and i didnt found it so i do some researches and i found and found the powerful magnets in my old broken hard drive

and put in the filter after couple of days i feel the engine have lower sound and have better performance

A very subjective opinion. In other words, the marketing still does wonders on people.

for me i didnt lose one cent i have magnets from my old hard drives and it was strong i put on the filter so in next time i change the oil i will open the old filter and see if it contain small friction engine parts or not at all i didnt lose any thing

explain your opinion why you see this is usless 

Since you asked me so nicely :

1. A good oil filter traps any particles inside.
2. If there are big enough or many enough metallic particles in the engine oil, catching them with a magnet will be your last worry.
3. "feeling" that the engine does something better is not scientific proof. Yet I am aware that strong convictions die hard...
