2017 Octavia Columbus Dab radio has lost all DAB stations

I am really pleased with my new Octavia.  Today, I started the car and all my DAB stations were marked as empty.  I have the Columbus version.  Any ideas how to get back all my presets back?

Have you just lost the presets or have you lost DAB radio?

Yes it was just the presets.  I have reset them manually.  I was wondering how this may have happened and if I could get the presets back automatically.

coincidently my dab reception has gone to pot over the last couple of days. It was perfect and now constantly dropping out.

Ours has been the same, could simply be down to atmospheric conditions or reduced transmitter power for maintenance while driving through an area with a weaker signal.  DAB is ‘all or nothing’.
