I made a boo-boo when it snowed

Featured Replies

The key to the fuse box layout was a very rough guide with more than a few fuses on mine not relating to the components they were supposed to. Just stick a post it note to the layout with any corrections you find.

The fuse box key has probably confused me more than helped me...

is there a way of checking what function the fuses relate to? (Other than removing the fuse and trying the function)?

The wiper suddenly stopped working (without me being in the fuse box) so I doubt the fuse jumped out of the housing!

have checked every fuse and all of them have current passing through the connectors... so I'm guessing that it's an issue with the motor itself.

will have it apart this weekend to see if there is an obvious fault.

cheers for the help guys :)

As in my previous post, I would guess that one of  the brushes is just failing to touch the commutator and that by freeing up the brushes the motor will work again.

Cheers for that :)

Will let everyone know how i get on, hopefully its a case of re sitting the brushes and not a replacement motor!

thanks again for your help
