Hi all, 

When the temp drops below 7 degrees I notice a cold draft in the passenger footwell. 

 

Regardless of where the heat is directed i still feel it. 

 

I've had a read of the below thread and could the missing frame let in cold air? 

 

I have a 2004 vrs. If so does anyone know where I can get the part (6Q0819647)
