ELECTRIC WINDOW MOTOR

Featured Replies

Hello

does anyone know if the electric window motors in Fabias and Octavias would work in a skoda Roomster 2009 reg?

Hi Drone,

I wouldn't think so. I've been trying to find one recently myself for a 2007 reg. I emailed a chap selling them on Ebay, who had said in his ad, to contact him with reg number to see if it was the right one before buying.  The one he was selling was for a different year Roomster at £99. He said the one listed wouldn't fit, and I needed a different part number, but the one I needed was £182.. that's for a new one though.

I don't think you can buy second hand motors for love nor money. I'm still waiting  for the garage to come up with a new one for my Roomster. They had previously fitted a second hand one, but that only lasted for approx 3 months!  See my thread on here for the full story.
