newly acquired superb combi (second hand, first in march 2017), I'm trying to updates maps on my columbus system.

Having something strange when using Skoda updateportal after entering my VIN number. The result is " Update of your system Amundsen " ?

Did you experienced things like that ? is the two systems share the sames maps ?

Hi Pascal and welcome. This thread might help.

 If I have linked correctly, halfway down the page there is a link from BartiniB (from November last year) that gives the link to the latest version. I used it and it updated to latest version no problem. It seems easier to do on Windows than Mac (not a Mac user so don't really understand it all) but if you follow the thread it will hopefully get you updated.

 

It seems the Skoda portal can be a bit unreliable or out of date - that may be the problem you are having.
