I have purchased an auto diesel octavia mk2 vrs , it has come with a ram air filter thing on it and the parts to put it back to standard as well, however it seems to be missing a part. can anyone tell me what it is called from the photo  please? sorry this is a photo i have stoled from the internet.

Dont discount TPS for the parts, a couple of years ago i need a cover for this, eBay etc was about £15, cost from TPS was less than a fiver.

Still none the wiser even after looking at the diagram....
