Is there a Skoda recommendation for changing the gearbox oil on a 2.0 tdi

No issues but just curious

Manual or DSG? DSG is 40k miles. Can’t recall the manual interval off the top of my head.

Sorry, mine is manual 6 speed

I had a manual MK2 VRS petrol for seven years from new and 70K, always serviced by Skoda dealers and I'm certain the gearbox oil was never changed, if that helps.

Mine is at 110k km and has never had a gearbox oïl change.

Maybe @aki78 might know, he was doing big mileage in his O3?

You can always change gearbox oil, it can't hurt, only be better as oils are also getting better and better.

Doesn't cost much.

Might get it done at the next service. Car has 83k miles now and will have 90k by then. Can’t do any harm I suppose

I had mine changed at the same time my water pump went at bang on 100000 mls on a 150 tdi 03 plate, probably have it done again at 200000
