Channel 4

Featured Replies

Did anyone spot or hear any referance to Skoda on the Channel 4 coverage of the RAC tonight? Or are we just going to get a mention on the final day?

Gaz

What do you think?

Channel 4's "Coverage"..

1 Word. Cr@p !

What a complete shambles. You would be forgiven for thinking there were only 8 cars & Richard Burns in Wales this weekend.

Who remembers good old "Top Gear Rally Report" on BBC2 from not very long ago ? A minimum 45 minute show which covered the Works teams right down to the privateers running on a shoestring budget. That's what the British Rally (Or The Lombard/ RAC or Network Q as it used to be) is all about.

And clearly there are no Skodas in the event this year, so channel 4 would apparently have us believe

They'll have no choice if Didier and Tony are the only ones left running! Wales is still eating WRC cars for breakfast dinner and tea!

I agree it's very disappointing. Going to watch the Eurosport coverage but don't expect it to be too different :(

Eurosport coverage is virtually the same presenter wise but it is longer has better in car veiws and better interview since drivers speak in native tongue and it is translated-oh and every team will get coverage!
