Afraid not - Usual Skoda dealer response - there is no problem, the lights are fine.

The lights probably are at the lower limit of spec, I just think they could be a bit higher without being too high for MOT

Ah, so this is a universal treat of a Skoda dealer. 🙄

I guess I'm doomed to not seeing properly until next car. Wonder if it'll be the same make...

Had exactly the same query, kept getting flashed at night.

Car had recently been MOT’d prior to buying but got another dealer to double check them when it was in for some warranty work recently. They came back and said no problem.

The LED lights are just that good and I’ve noticed how bright other cars with LED’s are. I mean I’m not complaining, they’re much better than the candles on my Mk2!

When car is standstill the beams are lowered and then on MOT it will pass, but if there is something wrong with level sensor on rear beam while driving on speed it can be too high or too low.

Anything new in this topic? I know I still can't see at night. I'm really ****ed how they could do this to us. Sell us LEDs as if greater tech, leaving us nearly blind at night.

I hear the matrix is a different story. Can anyone share their experience?

They can be adjusted, dealer has the capability. Mine (pre FL xenons) was pointing at the floor after lowering, dealer put it on learning and now they are brilliant, can see right down country lanes, they did it for free during MOT.

The LEDs can definitely be adjusted at the dealership. Mine were far too high so got them adjusted down after a lot of complaining and having to wait for clocks to change for them to test drive in darkness. They agreed they were too high and adjusted them down, but now they are slightly lower than perfect but I prefer that to getting flashed all the time.
