OBD Eleven not connecting and related websites not loading

Anyone tried to connect today?

I’ve spent an hour trying to get my dongle to connect with no luck. I’ve tried to reach the website but that seems dead and the forum page won’t load either.

Has anyone else tried?

thanks

Forum working. Took free credits for today.

Wonder whether this issue with the website would prevent the dongle connecting?

Mine worked about 3 hours ago. Prompted to update the dongle then scanned for fault codes no problem.

Connected my dongle. It did some update and after that I could connect.

Are you able to surf OK from your mobile device ?  When I have this problem, it's usually because my tablet has dropped the WiFi connection.

I have to park the car closer to the house to get  a reliable connection

While using my phone, 4G works pretty reliably too.

I don't have much luck with 4G where I park the car.  It works fine most of the time but it seems erratic and slow.  I live in a bit of a radio deadspot - even to get FM I sometimes have to put the receiver near the window.  WiFi is much quicker than 4G in the house.
