Hi all, Im looking for the most common cause of boot not opening either as saloon r hatch ....if i open it manually the motors can be heard working and it will open for 2 r 3 times then stop altogether ....any advice greatly apreciated ...Gerry 

How are you opening the boot, with the remote key or the buttons on the boot?

Hi, Im using the buttons on the boot as the remote middle button  never worked....2010 car 

I can only speak from experience in the estate, and hearsay.....

 

Sticky boot seals

electric struts failed

broken wiring in the saloon hatch
