GFK Questionnaire

Featured Replies

Just wondered if anyone has been asked to participate in a questionnaire from a company called GFK, on behalf of Skoda? I received a paper copy of it a couple of weeks ago, all eight pages of it! They want to know the far end of a what not, so it was promptly binned, however I received a reminder today asking again to participate with a link to the same thing online.

I probably wouldn't have gone along with it in any case, but given the current situation with the 'phonebox' charging/amp situation and the total lack of info from Skoda, it seems to be a one way street regarding giving out information, so this one will get binned as well. At least they got the GF bit right...

Mods, feel free to put this into General as it would probably include other Skoda models.

Hope I get one. I’ve got plenty of feedback for them!

No. I did get (and did it) the normal questionnaire straight after delivery - the one dealers are keen to get 5 stars on.

The order and handover were brilliant. The bit in between not so much, and the point when they "made up" a figure of £200 to fit mudflaps was ludicrous.

So unlike the 5 stars I gave them for our two previous Yetis, this time I gave them 4*.

No response from the dealer.

I got an email asking how my dealer had performed.  I have sent a suitable response to all the questions.  Will follow up with a letter of complaint later to skoda uk.

Mike you’ve clearly had a better experience than myself.  The same dealer got mostly ones from me, the highest been a three.  Great car poor customer service.

I had the survey from GFK and completed it on line. Nothing too sinister in it but some questions about why you picked Skoda for your new car and were you happy, how you feel about issues such driverless vehicles, and how your dealer performed etc etc.

For me it was easy. Picked Skoda based on our experiences of 3 previous cars (2 x Yeti + 1 x Octavia ) our dealer, West End Garage in Dunfermline has always been exceptionally good. I've also dealt with Skoda UK Customer Service and found them to be excellent as well. In fact I'm so pleased with our dealings with Skoda that I've recently ordered an Octavia Scout.

As far as driverless vehicles is concerned, when that happens I'll stay at home.

I had one and completed it - it's the best way to give feedback (good or bad), and influence future design tweaks that may resolve some of the niggling issues that crop up with any new car. GFK are the largest market research company in Germany, 4th largest in the world, so it's serious stuff!
