Hi all, I've been driving an Octavia for the last 3 years and decided to upgrade to a superb l&k 220 petrol blue with beige interior. Got one of the last ones from stock (reg18) for £25k (£8k off list price). Picking it up from Fareham on Friday. Can't wait!

My alarm went off tonight for a while. It's parked out back, at an angle on a sloping apron - I've parked it there before without any problem, though I prefer the more visible street parking out front. Anyway, I heard the alarm, from the front of the house, and didn't realise it was mine; it stopped after a while, having greatly excited the neighbour's yappy dog. I bought a Karoq, one year old, £27000, approved used from main dealer. Halfway through doing the paperwork they told me there was only one key and that the other one would likely turn up. After two weeks they haven't contacted me. On the terms of buying an approved car I see I can return it within 30 days if it has a fault and get another car for the same price or more if I pay difference. I don't want to deal with this garage again, very poor customer service and would rather get a full re

Hi everyone, I have a 2001 Skoda Fabia Mk1 1.9 SDI Classic with A/C. It is a very basic model, currently equipped with manual front windows and manual mirrors. I'm looking into retrofitting the OEM electric front windows and electric mirrors using parts from a suitable donor Fabia, preferably an early Mk1 with the same generation of Comfort system as my 2001 car. So far, my plan is to source from a donor: front left and right electric window regulators + motors the corresponding door control mo
